Wish my old phone still worked.. ive got an incredible menu from a hong kong bistro. To be fair the food was astoundingly good, but ill always regret not trying their Slippery Chicken.

That slippery chicken has just reminded me, my local Turkish shop sells this. I had some of this a few weeks back........it was a bit salty for my taste though.

Yum! Squid's corn meat pie, how could anyone resist?

Squid must be the cook. Probably an old family recipe.

I'm partial to The plum dish of dried pork and The ginger chopped onions Frog myself.

From the Thai menu I'll have what Kris is having (Chicken soup poignant), although Fried Prok with Garlic Paper is definitely up there.

Joking aside, that's a cracking menu!

The "Fillet of sheep" does conjure up muttonish nightmares though.
