Hooray! Thanks very much all!

Without wishing to get all saccharine, there's absolutely no way I would have got anything into a magazine if I hadn't joined this site. Leaving the poetry workshopping aside for a moment (which has helped immensely), I didn't even know that poetry magazines existed before I joined.

So Big-Up Poets' Graves (as I believe the young-uns say)

Brilliant news Nash. Good poem too. I remember that one.

In the interests of full disclosure, I should confess that I got a polite rejection from them.

Thankyou very much Michaela, Ros and Suzanne - three cheers for PG indeed!

Sorry to hear that David but I've just seen that you've had a success yourself elsewhere!

Just curious Nash. I'm new to world of poetry magazines/e-zines as well. Where else are you sending to? My knowledge is very partial.

There are a couple I'm waiting to hear from Ant, but I'm not going mention them in case I jinx it.

There are loads out there though, there's a list here:

http://www.poetrymagazines.org.uk/

and a quick google will bring up pages and pages of them. It may sound obvious but the best thing to do I think is to find the ones where you like the work published and submit to them.

Best of luck!

Thanks for that list Nash.
Certainly plenty I don't know there.
