Birds 2

Post by JJWilliamson » Sun Feb 24, 2019 10:14 pm

I managed a third place in November's IBPC with this one. Made me smile.

Thanks, mac.

Ha! I doubt it will. Every time I see a crow now I shout "Hey! Stop that f***ing swearing". :)

Many congrats JJ. Not easy to use the f word so effectively. But you managed it superbly.

Cheers,

Tristan

IBPC! Haven't seen that mentioned in a while. Well done, JJ.

You're on Babilu, are you? What's that like?

Thanks for the nod, gents. Appreciated.

The close still makes me smile, Tristan, me being a casual birder and all that.

I followed a few friends from PenShells to Babilu, David, (still with PenShells) which was pretty much why I registered with them. It's a fairly slow site but the atmosphere is convivial. They offer encouragement and sometimes mild critique, occasionally providing the writer with a detailed analysis. It's also particularly relaxed and everybody gets a fair shake of the dice come IBPC time. The monthly selections are voted for democratically.

Good to see you around again, Seth.

Best to all
